Stand on the block and hold Down until you fall behind the scenery. Towards the end of World 4 you will find a white block. Once you have obtained the hammer, use it on the rock in the top right corner of the map screen to reveal an entrance to a room where you can retrieve another hidden warp whistle. Defeating them will give you special items, one of which is a hammer. In World 2, you can enter challenges with Boomerang Brothers when they are present on the map screen. Fly up and to the right and you will eventually move along a platform above the screen and enter a hidden room with a warp whistle. Jump on the Skeleton Koopa and while it is stunned, accelerate and fly up to the top of the screen against the wall just before the tunnel. Procede on the first screen until you reach the door to Boom Boom's chamber. You will need to have the Racoon Tail to access this warp whistle. Run to the right and keep running behind the black part at the end of the level to enter a room where the first warp whistle is hidden. After a while, you will fall down behind the scenery. Remove the Koopa Troopa, then stand on this block and hold Down. Towards the end of the level you will find a white block with a Koopa Troopa on it.
